Appointment of Ruut Meijer
Ruut Meijer will be appointed as Member of the Supervisory Board of Amsterdam Trade Bank N.V.
Amsterdam Trade Bank N.V. (ATB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ruut Meijer as a Member of the Supervisory Board as per 1 September 2018. Mr Meijer brings along significant experience in corporate and merchant banking, both domestically and internationally. He started his professional career with ABN AMRO in 1986 and took on various senior management positions. His achievements during his tenure with ABN AMRO included growth of the domestic and international corporate client portfolios, new start-up business models, M&A transactions, performance improvement and the successful implementation of several innovative and sustainable projects. In his most recent position at ABN AMRO as Senior Managing Director Corporate Banking, he was responsible for 2500 employees across Europe. Besides very broad management experience, Ruut is also an experienced supervisory director, having served on a number of supervisory bodies in The Netherlands and abroad.
